We’re thrilled to introduce Chef Dominic DiBartolomeo, who will be leading the culinary program at Play, drawing on his pedigreed fine dining background at some of Canada’s top restaurants. A graduate of the prestigious Niagara Culinary Institute, Dominic earned his Red Seal in 2008. He was most recently the Senior Sous Chef at Hawksworth Restaurant.

While we await the opening of our Bistro, we’re thrilled to introduce Play-To-Go. Now, more than ever, we need delicious, comforting food and great wine. This menu features individual portions that are freshly prepared and delivered warm to your door.

We are offering complimentary delivery within the City of Penticton, taking precautions to minimize our social interactions through contactless delivery.

Play-To-Go is temporarily unavailable as we are diligently working to prepare the Bistro for opening
